Dear colleagues,

We are daily faced with a variety of data and information on which we base our decisions in business and private life. As IT experts, we have the privilege of being able to actively shape IT solutions and services. But we also have the responsibility to shape our projects and achievements to not further complicate already complex every day challenges. It is therefore important that we follow the user-oriented ideas in service and application development; that we derive service architecture building blocks from business objectives, strategies and processes; that the services are not only safe and reliable, but also interconnectable, interoperable and accessible via different channels and devices; that in addition to development we also focus on design and actualization of rules and policies for managing information resources and services; and ultimately – that despite constraints associated with legacy systems and results from past investments, we promote a culture of innovation and continuous development!

In this, the information gained at the OTS conferences, has been through many years very helpful. So once again you are kindly invited to share your knowledge and experience of the latest technologies, approaches and services!
